JISCO Hongxing Steel Co., Ltd. will upgrade its production lines starting March 28, 2025. As a result, the company's steel output in April is expected to decrease by 23% month-on-month, with construction steel production declining by 20%.

In response to the National Development and Reform Commission’s (NDRC) directive on crude steel output control, Xinjiang Da'an Special Steel Co., Ltd. has implemented a 10% daily crude steel production reduction starting March 25, 2025.

Similarly, Xinjiang Minxin Steel (Group) Minhang Special Steel Co., Ltd. has also begun a 10% daily crude steel production reduction effective March 24, 2025, in alignment with the NDRC’s policy to regulate Xinjiang's crude steel output and promote industry downsizing.
